San Antonio Stole Our Hearts

Hello Everyone!

 We have just gotten back from probably the best trip we have taken so far! We got to sneak away to San Antonio for a few days before Kyle starts school again. It was exactly what we needed to hit restart and relax for a second before the whirlwind of the school year hits. Unfortunately, we had MAJOR city envy and didn't want to leave, EVER!!! But, we had to get back to our baby boy. (Who, by the way, could have cared less that we left, he didn't want to leave Kyle and Emily's house. Thank you guys SOOOOOOOO much for watching him.)

 We wanted to share some of our trip with you all, so enjoy!



The Alamo, and the most touristy photo EVER!



On to the Riverwalk (complete with a mariachi serenade on our first night)




Never though we would find such a romantic place in the U.S. 

                             




Then, we went down, way way down into the largest cave in Texas that holds the largest group of bats in the world, it was pretty spectacular! I just can't get over that we could be walking on top of something like this and have no idea!

Hope you enjoyed a little taste of the trip! We love you all and are excited to get started with things here in Texas. The Lord blessed us with an awesome little escape and we are looking forward to Him breaking through with a job and blessing the upcoming school year.
