Ok, let me explain this crazy endeavor we have just subjected ourselves to. So, back in Nebraska Quigley was used to having at least two people and a dog around all the time. Then, he gets transplanted here and has one person around most of the time and two people some of the time with occasional socialization trips to the dog park. This just wasn't enough for him. His behavior hasn't improved since we moved and he hasn't been very happy either. He really needed a dog companion to be  with him all the time. Cue Harper!

Look at that, dog besties already. Best of all, they match! Sometimes it's hard to tell them apart. Harper is a three year old Mini Aussie as well who has all of the behaviors we wish Quigley would have/remember. She is the sweetest and most cuddly dog who follows us EVERYWHERE. Talk about a protective mama! Oh and they both like pudding because they jumped in my lap and jumped me while I was reading, love it!

After their first day all is well. We Ate a rib dinner right in front of them and Quigs didn't even squirm. A huge improvement considering he was locked in a room during all meals before. Then, they slept through the night together and played while we were gone this morning. So far so good, let's just keep it that way guys! Hopefully we will have lots of other great news to tell you about soon too.
